What we sell

Over 100 standard configurations across every flow tier

Nitrogen gas generators sold by Gas Generation Solutions range from $15,000 to over $500,000. Pricing scales nonlinearly with flow rate and purity, so doubling capacity does not double cost. Configurations cover every flow tier from a single soldering line to a full pharmaceutical plant.

Every system is built to order in the United States and shipped direct to your site. Standalone units run from a customer-supplied compressed air feed. Turnkey packages include the dedicated air compressor, dryer, filtration, buffer tanks, and downstream piping. Service life is 20 years or more. Most customers cut nitrogen costs by up to 90% versus delivered gas and recover their investment in 12 to 14 months.

What ships with your system

Two purchase paths cover the full range of buyer situations

Every quote spells out the exact configuration, ship window, and installation requirements before you sign.

Standalone

Generator only

For plants with adequate compressed air already in place. The generator runs from your existing shop air and produces nitrogen at the required purity and pressure.

Includes
  • PSA or membrane nitrogen generator
  • Pressure-vessel buffer tank (ASME stamped)
  • Inlet and outlet filtration
  • Oxygen analyzer with digital display
  • Operating and maintenance manual
  • Direct shipment to your site
You provide
  • Compressed air at specified flow and pressure
  • Refrigerated air dryer if not already on the line
  • Site installation and final piping
Turnkey

Complete package

For greenfield installs and any plant where existing shop air will not carry the load. Sized as one matched system: compressor, dryer, filtration, generator, and storage all engineered to flow together.

Includes everything in standalone, plus
  • Dedicated rotary screw air compressor (Kaeser, Atlas Copco, or Quincy)
  • Refrigerated or desiccant air dryer
  • Compressed-air buffer tank
  • Multi-stage particulate and coalescing filtration
  • Pre-engineered piping schematic for your site
  • Optional high-pressure booster (laser cutting and high-pressure applications)
  • Optional liquid nitrogen backup integration
Air compressor inclusion is decided per quote. Whether your project needs a new dedicated compressor depends on existing shop-air capacity, the generator's air-to-nitrogen ratio, and target purity. We size this on the quote call so you do not over-buy or under-spec. Most laser-cutting and high-purity electronics jobs require a dedicated compressor and booster. Most food-packaging jobs at moderate flow can run from existing plant air.

Why buy from us

Specialist company, certified equipment, lean overhead

Built around on-site nitrogen and oxygen generation. Lean overhead that keeps pricing tight, service that spans North America.

In Business Since 1979

Gas Generation Solutions was incorporated in 1979. Over 40 years of industry experience back every quote, install, and service call.

US-Built Equipment

Generators are manufactured in the United States. Domestic supply chain, domestic parts availability, no import lead-time risk.

UL Listed

UL Listed to UL 61010-1 on N-series and O-series models ending in T or TGN. Independent third-party safety testing on the systems we sell most.

ASME Pressure Vessels

Buyer questions

Practical answers for buyers ready to purchase

What is the lead time on a new nitrogen generator?

Build-to-order lead time is 6 to 14 weeks from purchase order to ship date. Standard small and medium configurations on the short end of that range, large turnkey packages with dedicated compressors on the long end. We confirm the exact ship window in writing on every quote, and large rush orders can sometimes be expedited if the production schedule allows it.

Do you handle the installation?

Equipment ships direct to your site. Installation is performed by your in-house maintenance team, your local contractor, or a service partner we coordinate. Each system ships with a pre-engineered piping schematic and operating manual. We support the install remotely and handle warranty service across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Do you offer financing or leasing?

Equipment financing and capital lease options are available through third-party finance partners on any size system. Typical terms are 36 to 84 months. Because the system pays back in 12 to 14 months on average, monthly financing payments are usually less than the gas savings starting in month one. Ask about financing on your quote call.

What is included in the warranty?

Standard warranty covers the generator and pressure vessels for one year, parts and labor. Extended warranties are available. The carbon molecular sieve beds are sealed and require no top-off for the system's 20-year-plus service life, distinguishing these systems from flanged-bed competitors that require sieve replacement every 10 years.

How does the quote process work?

Send the request through the contact form or call directly. We confirm flow rate, purity, pressure, hours of operation, and whether existing shop air will carry the load. Standard configurations come back same-day or within 24 hours. Custom turnkey packages take 24 to 72 hours. Every quote includes the full bill of materials, ship window, and installation requirements.

Can I see a system before I buy?

Reference visits to active customer installations can usually be arranged once a quote is in flight, subject to the reference customer's permission. We can also share photos, video, and operating data from comparable installs in your industry. Factory tours of US production facilities can be arranged for large-package buyers.

What service and parts coverage do you offer after the sale?

Service coverage spans the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Routine maintenance is straightforward: filter changes, oxygen-sensor calibration checks, and an annual visual inspection. Wear items and parts ship from US stock. We handle warranty service directly and coordinate non-warranty service through a network of factory-trained technicians.

Do I need a dedicated air compressor with my generator?

It depends on existing shop-air capacity and the generator's air-to-nitrogen ratio. High-purity and high-flow systems usually require a dedicated compressor. Lower-purity, lower-flow systems can often run from existing plant air. We size this on the quote so you do not over-buy a redundant compressor or under-spec one and starve the generator. The air compressor decision is made job by job, not assumed.

Size your system

Borrow a flow meter. Measure your real nitrogen demand.

We rent a flow meter at no charge. The meter installs inline between your current nitrogen supply and your process equipment, with a cellular data logger that streams flow rate and pressure to our server in real time. No WiFi required at your facility. Once we have a few weeks of data covering your full duty cycle, we size the generator and storage to your real demand, not a nameplate guess. Most customers recover their full system investment inside 14 months.

Already know your demand? Send flow, purity, and pressure with your application notes. We will return a complete quotation inside 24 to 72 hours.
