Nitrogen Gas Flow Meters with Wireless Data Loggers

The FlowMe Nitrogen Gas Flow Meter with wireless data loggers. Everything you need to measure the nitrogen consumption of any piece of equipment or an entire manufacturing plant.

We make dozens of different sizes of meters, ranging from 3/8” inline units all the way up to 8” copper pipe. The units can be installed indoor and outdoor. They are water-resistant and operate in the rain and snow.

Our nitrogen gas flow meters all include data loggers with a cellular modem. The reason for this is that plant WIFI can be difficult to connect to and sometimes drops out depending on the signal strength. The cellular modem on our meters has been tested in the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Asia. All of the data is published to a secure server. You can view your flow rates in real-time on a computer, tablet, phone, or download the history to an Excel spreadsheet. There is also a micro SD card on the data logger for a local backup of the data.

As always, our flow meters are free to use. We will send the unit out to you at no charge and you can keep it for up to a month, and longer if requested.
